speak directly with the sales department. All other calls are routed to our switchboard, this allows our sales team
to focus soley with customer orders and queries.
Our lines are open from 8am-5pm and our team manages over 3,000 calls a week. When you become a customer of Bako you
will have the option to be added to a predefined call list. With this in place you will never miss an order again as we
will call you on a given day of the week.
At Bako we like to give our customers the flexibility and convenience that is demanded in the food industry. To this end, we have
recently implemented an online ordering system which offers our full product range, up to the second pricing and the ability to
order at a time that is more convenient to you.

Fax Your Order
We have a fax order template that we can issue to you which itemises your order history and allows you to enter the quantity of
each product you wish to order on a particular week. This order sheet can then be faxed back to us for order entry to take place.

Using this method allows you to walk your stock room with the sheets, filling in the quantities as you go. If you wish to take

Email Your Order
Over the years many of our customers have grown and have implemented various computer systems utilising many new technologies.
This has led to customers requesting that they place their orders via email. This is not a problem, we have an email address
dedicated to incoming sales order.
