Last year we had a fantastic response from both suppliers demonstrating their delicious products and customers who attended the day, with the general consensus being that everyone involved had a fantastic time. We are hoping to make this year even more successful.

Key suppliers will be demonstrating new, exciting, and novel ways in which you can use their products or ingredients to enhance your Christmas offerings and help generate profitability. We are delighted to announce that expert chocolatier and “Yorkshire Chef of the Year 2009 - 2010” Thierry Dumouchel will be attending the event. Thierry specialises in seasonal presentations and with his unique creativity and expertise will help give you many ideas to make your products stand out from the crowd.

If you are bringing along the children we have plenty of attractions to keep them entertained including face painting, balloon artists, bungee trampolines and the ever popular rodeo bull. There will be complimentary glasses of wine for those over eighteen and non-drivers and free soft drinks for children and designated drivers. Once again we will organise the traditional hog roast for those of you who are still hungry after tasting the many mouth watering samples on offer from our suppliers.

Please make the effort to come along; as well as being an enjoyable family day out, you will take home many exciting ideas from the exhibition which will make the day well worth while but more importantly I guarantee you will have a really good time.
