Regretfully to maintain service levels, a minimum order value of £100 will be implemented effective for all orders taken 1st June 2010 onward.

We intend to work with all affected customers over the coming month to look at minimising the effect on your business - for example can you accommodate a larger fortnightly delivery?

Alternatively your Sales Representative or our Telesales Department could help increase your BAKO order by reviewing your existing spend with other suppliers – increasing your total order value could result in better prices for you.

Whilst we regret the necessity of the above, rest assured our staff will work with you to minimise the effect on your valued business.

N.B. For larger customers many of whom telephone or fax in “top up” orders of less than £100, such orders will still be accepted as normal.
